After showing the Tulsa Golden Hurricane that we wanted all of that smoke, the Bearcats return to Clifton with all the pomp and circumstance surrounding Homecoming. After destroying QB Davis Bryn, the Bearcats continued their defensive evolution, allowing only 21 points and 2 interceptions against one of the top QBs in the NCAA, despite an ankle injury. The Bearcats returned to the AP Top 25 coming in ranked #24 and just out of the Coaches Poll at #26. This week a match-up against the USF Bulls looms on the horizon, a team that gave the Bearcats a scare in Tampa last year.

After an epic first half performance last Saturday at Nippert Stadium, the Bearcats head out west to OKLAHOMA! to take on the Golden Hurricane (7 PM ESPNU). The first match-up in our AAC Farewell Tour takes the Bearcats to Tulsa, Oklahoma, with another AAC Championship on their mind. Can the Hurricane slow down the Bearcat offense? Or will the Bearcats blow through H.A. Chapman Stadium and level Tulsa?

The Bearcats are heading 3 miles up the road from Paycor Stadium with the Victory Bell in tow. The Bearcats now lead the series against Miami 60-59-7, with no end of this winning streak in sight. The Hoosiers head to Clifton to try and avenge a loss at a scalding hot, waterless, beerless Memorial Stadium. Do the Hoosiers have what it takes to end the Bearcats winning streak at Nippert Stadium?

After a Bearcat Blunder in Fayetteville this past weekend, the Bearcats come home to Nippert Stadium 0-1 for the first time since 2010. Luke Fickell’s first regular season loss in over 1000 days broke the hearts of Bearcat Nation, but a “Get Right Game” against Kennesaw State looms for this Saturday, a far lesser opponent, who has had a lot of success in a short period, may not be the blowout many are expecting.

One of the most anticipated games of the 2022 Season is here, and it’s the first game for the Razorbacks and Bearcats. One of 3 Top 25 Match-Ups on the schedule this weekend, the Bearcats travel to Fayetteville to take on Sam Pittman and his Arkansas Razorbacks. Does dual threat running back KJ Jefferson lead the Hogs to a victory? Who takes the first snap for the Bearcats? Time to break down this highly anticipated game to kick off the season. The winner likely finds their way into the Top 15 in the country with a victory. The Razorbacks and Bearcats have never met on the Grid Iron, do the Bearcats take a 1-0 lead in the series?

After a season that most of us could only dream of a few years ago, the Cincinnati Bearcats ended last season with a loss to Alabama in the College Football Playoff Semi-Final at the Cotton Bowl. The Bearcats had 9 players taken in the 2022 NFL Draft. After years of stacking talent, it’s time to see if Fickell’s mantra of “Iron Sharpens Iron” comes to fruition. Desmond Ridder has moved onto the NFL and looks to get meaningful playing time for the Atlanta Falcons after leaving UC as the 3rd all-time Winningest QB in college football history. Alec Pierce and Jerome Ford look to be contributors from day one as well. The Bearcat offense returns more than the defense, but looks to have the biggest changes as Gino Guidugli takes the keys to the offense from Mike Denbrock.

The Bearcats had 9 players taken in the 2022 NFL Draft. After years of stacking talent, it’s time to see if Fickell’s mantra of “Iron Sharpens Iron” comes to fruition. Throughout Fickell’s tenure we’ve lost some strong defenders, but none to the caliber of Sauce Gardner, Coby Bryant, and company.

The Bearcats finally busted through the glass ceiling and punched their ticket to the College Football Playoff, after 2 consecutive undefeated regular seasons. Their prize? A trip to Arlington and the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic where they get arguably the greatest dynasty in college football’s history, Nick Saban’s Alabama Crimson Tide. It’ll be a tough test for the Bearcats as they make the journey to Arlington, Texas as 13.5 point underdogs. As Ric Flair said, “If you want to be the man, you’ve got to beat the man.” I’ll break down the Alabama defense featuring the 5th place Heisman vote getter Will Anderson. Anderson is one of the nastiest players in college football. Can the Bearcats Offensive Line slow down Anderson and give Desmond Ridder time to keep the ‘Cats in the game?
